Studio Guidelines – Old Cheese Factory Pottery Program.

1. Missed Classes

We’re unable to offer refunds, transfers, or make-up sessions for missed classes.
Can’t make it? You're welcome to arrange for a friend to attend in your place—just let us know!

2. Cancelled Classes

If we need to cancel a class, we’ll inform you via text or email. You’ll be refunded for the cancelled class or a make-up class will be added to the 8-week schedule.

3. Studio Access

You can access the studio only during class hours.

4. Clay Use

You’ll have unlimited access to stoneware clay during class.
To keep things fair, we can't accept any pottery made outside of class for firing.
Pottery Pieces cannot exceed 30cm in height or width

5. Equipment

Studio equipment stays in the studio.
6. Firing

We take care to handle and fire your work as safely as possible, but please note that we can’t guarantee how final pieces will turn out. Ceramics can be unpredictable!

7. Clothing

Wear clothes that you are comfortable in that you are happy to get dirty.
Enclosed shoes are encouraged.

8. Parking

Best parking is located in the back driveway closest to the pottery studio.

9. End of Term

Be sure to collect all your work by the end of the term—anything left behind for more than 6 months will be recycled.

We can’t wait to get creative with you! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. 🎨👐

Kind Regards - The Old Cheese Factory Team.
