Beginner's Edible Weed Workshop 🌿

Saturday 28 November | 10am–2pm

Join Kara for a hands-on workshop exploring seven common edible weeds growing all around us!

We'll dive into their nutritional and medicinal properties, key identification features, common look-alikes and other fascinating facts.

Then we'll head into the garden for a guided foraging walk, putting our new identification skills into practice and harvesting some plants along the way.

Back in the kitchen, we'll enjoy a simple cooking demonstration and explore practical ways to incorporate these nutritious wild plants into our everyday diets.

We'll finish with a delicious lunch featuring the very plants we've been learning about!
