Description
This is a low impact class based on traditional Pilates principles. This class is aimed at beginners but will offer progressions for those who want something more challenging. BYO yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. This is a 4 week program held on Tuesdays 6, 13, 20 and 27 May 2025. Due to popular demand this extra session has been made available. This session has been subsidised to support individuals who would not be able to access these types of health and wellbeing classes in the private market due to affordability.
