    Learn to sew in this fun Saturday four-week beginners sewing class with a twist, open to adults and teens.  Learn all the basics of sewing AND how to do it using a zero waste/upcycled ethos.  


    You will learn to: 

    • Confidently use a sewing machine 
    • Use the straight stitch and zigzag stitch 
    • Finish the seam 
    • Work with a pattern
    • Repurpose old garments and source great upcycled materials for your projects.

    WEEK 1 – Making an Apron

    WEEK 2 and 3 – Making pajama pants

      WEEK 4 – Making a beanie (winter hat)

      When: Every Saturday from 4 May to 25 May, 9.30 am - 12 pm
