Beginners stained glass and copper foiling workshop

In this one day workshop you will learn the basics of the copper foiling method of stained glass art in South Grafton, Australia. The participant will choose from one of my designs or you can use your own design.

The workshop participant will leave with their own handmade stained glass copper foiled piece.

What you will do in the workshop: 

1. Cutting sheet glass and smaller pieces, learning to use cutting tools and a ring saw. 

2. Using a grinder. 3.Copper foiling.  4.Soldering. 5.Clean and polish.
6. If time permits create a Glass fused dichroic glass pendant

Participant; Suitable people ages 16+

Size of stained glass: Maximum size : 20 cm x 20 cm approx

Number of participant: Min 1,  Max 3 participants

Time: 8 hours   9am to 4.30 pmish

All tools and materials included for this workshop.

What do I bring?
-Closed in shoes (mandatory requirement)

-A drink, snacks and own lunch (we have 2 short breaks am and pm and Lunch at 1pm)
