The Beginners course to Woodworking Handtools Thurday evening course is back!
Spanning three sessions over three thursday evenings; the 18th, the 25th of February and concluding on the 4th of March. Located at the Useful Box Studios in Coburg, Melbourne.

The workshop will cover all the tips to start you on your way to the mastery to all things timber! From chiseling to hand sawing and planing.
We will be making a sharpening stone box which you’ll take with you after the course, and you'll be equipped to sharpen all of your own tools yourself. It’s the perfect project to start you on your woodworking journey.
The cost of the course also includes a sharpening stone to take with you at the end!
The course is designed for those with little to no experience woodworking and working with tools.
We will cover:
Sawing, how to, all the basics
Chiselling, how to sharpen your own chisel super sharp!
Planing, also sharpening!
Sanding oiling and finishing
The 18th, the 25th of February and concluding on the 4th of March.
These classes have a very limited capacity so that you will all receive my proper attention and get the most out of the experience. Covidsafe regulations at the time of event commencement will be followed.

Tools and materials and oil stone provided.
COST:
$210 For the entire course, materials and oil stone to take with you

***Journeyman package*** $350, includes everything stated above, plus a high quality vintage chisel and hand plane to take with you after the course finishes.
