You've heard about Breathwork right?
Maybe your friend has mentioned it, your cousin is right into it, or you've overheard your colleagues or classmates during lunch.

You're curious, but not sure where to begin, it all seems a bit strange and quite frankly, a bit scary!

So let's slow it down a bit. Let's demystify 'breathwork' and become familiar with the why and how of it.

Join us in this 5-part mini series as an introduction to breathwork.
You'll learn some of the basic history and the more recent biophysical and psychological benefits that have been studied, and feel empowered and capable of incorporating short breath practices into your daily life - all gearing you up towards the big finale during our final session - a full 1.5 hour transformative 9D Breathwork experience.

A sure fire way to bring about change, growth, and help reveal your truest most-authentic Self.

Here's the 5 week schedule:
Week 1 - A free event!
This is a taster session for what’s to come. Come and familiarise yourself with our studio, your facilitator, and others in the group and see if it feels like something you want to be apart of. Learn a couple of techniques and experience a mini (10 minute) uplifting 9D Breathwork journey.
If you enjoy your time and want to learn and experience more - great! Sign up for the remainder of the course.
If it's not for you, that's completely ok. We hope you have gained some benefits from this one session.

Week 2 - 4
We dive a bit deeper and explore breathwork history, the bio-physics, the psychological and psycospiritual aspects, mental-emotional connections, what the latest research says, practice multiple techniques to energise or relax our nervous systems & experience mini 9D Breathwork journeys.

Week 5 - Full 9D Breathwork journey
Experience the global sensation that is 9D Breathwork! Personally guided by Olivia Jane, this 1.5 hour journey will become a turning point in your life - no joke!!

This mini course is open to all. Any exisiting medical condition will be thoughtfully and lovingly taken into consideration, ensuring it is a safe and comfortable experience.

Olivia Jane - Verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach

Profile

Olivia Jane is a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and solo mother to her 2 year old daughter. She is passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing for fellow mums, within the school environment and in the wider Waikato community in New Zealand.


With an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and the major life transitions that she’s navigated over the past few years, has created a unique set of skills and tools.

Today she is dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, sharing her story and knowledge gained through her solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other mothers navigate their journey, while also working towards developing breathwork programs for schools.
