Beginnings and Endings
Event description
Join writer Susan Braghieri at PCWC to discuss how to write strong beginnings and endings in your work.
Are you struggling to find the right ending for your novel or a longer short story? Should it relate back to your story hook in the beginning, or are there other options you can explore in your quest to give the reader a more satisfying and resonant ending? In this session, we’ll look at the different types of endings writers can use with examples of beginnings and endings from literary and genre fiction.
What to bring: a notebook and pen, or your laptop, if you wish.
