A week long exploration of the patterns that are limiting and undermining your wellbeing and potentiality.

There will be two major themes you will dive deeply into during your week with us. One is Relational. This will involve delving into your family Imprinting, which includes your mother & father wounds, intergenerational patterning and recurring behaviours in your primary partnerships.

The second core focus in your individual patterning. This will involve exploring your unique identity, archetypal focuses, shadow work and the illuminations of your soul blueprint as outlined in your numerology and astrology makeup.

There will be experiential components to your retreat, including art therapy and bodily release found in breathwork, meditation and energy work.

Richard Rohr mused that, "The first half of life is writing the text, and the second half is writing the commentary on that text." Carl Jung thought the first 40 years (the first half of life) were a "preparation" period for our self-becoming. We gather data, learn about the world, and figure out who we are. "Life really does begin at 40. Up until then, you are just doing research," he said.

This program aims not just to help you recognise and heal from the wounds, inadequacies and misdirections from your younger years, but also to look for the treasure they hold and bring about alchemy.
