Behind the Scenes Tour - CLAW Environmental

Join us at CLAW Environmental to find out how polystyrene, plastic lids and plastic plant pots are recycled! See for yourself how a plastics recycling facility works and the different types of plastics that CAN and CAN'T be recycled. You will learn how different plastics are processed, pelletised, and manufactured into new recycled plastic products.

What to wear: Fully enclosed shoes 👞
It is also recommended you wear darker coloured clothes as it can get a little dusty and dirty on site. Bring your own water bottle and hat.

Protection Gear: Single-use ear plugs will be provided on the tour. Please BYO ear plugs if you have some and would like to reduce your waste.
Reusable high-visibility vests & hats will also be provided.

Tour: Your tour involves walking around an active site outdoors 🌞.
A reasonable level of fitness is required.

Member council tickets are available to residents from Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove & Subiaco. General admission tickets are available for Cambridge, Nedlands and residents from other councils.
