BEHIND THE SONG

Every song has a world inside it - characters, stories, moments the lyrics never quite say. Behind the Song builds that world live on stage.

Developed into a full show after winning Late Night Knife Fight last year, Behind the Song takes one musician's original music and creates improvised scenes, characters and drama inspired by the songs themselves. No script and no two nights the same.

This edition features the music of Tiger Lotiss, with improvisers Rebecca Mary Gwendolyn, Gareth Blackler, Lisa Garrity, Penny Ashton, Keith Paterson and musical improviser Jonathan Vanderhoorn.
