Beholding Wonder: Nature, Mindfulness & Creativity

Join us for an evening of community and connection at the crossroads of nature, mindfulness, and creativity. To cultivate our sense of wonder, we will explore a nature treasure using expressive writing, nature journaling, art making, and poetry. We will also practice cherishing, gratitude, and compassion to nurture ourselves and foster kinship with the natural world.

All supplies are provided, including treats to savor. A “Beholding Wonder” booklet will also be provided. No art or writing experience is necessary. This is a process of discovery and expression—all that is needed is openness and curiosity.

This event is hosted in a beautiful, natural setting at the Singing River Trail headquarters in Mooresville, Alabama. The workshop is offered by Stacey Hayes, MA, MPA, LCMHC. She is a licensed therapist, specializing in creative arts and nature-based therapy.
