Being a Transactions Lawyer at Kain Lawyers

Please register to attend an information session to find out what it is like to be a transactions lawyer at Kain Lawyers, and to learn more about corporate transactions law.

There will also be information about Kain Lawyers and our clerkship program for 2026. This will be followed by a Q&A session and informal nibbles and drinks afterwards and an opportunity to network with the team at Kain Lawyers.

This information session is open to all Adelaide University law students, but will be particularly helpful for students in their penultimate and final years of study who are looking to apply for clerkships in 2026. Priority registration will firstly be open to penultimate and final year law students.

Kain Lawyers will be participating in the 2026 Uniform Clerkship Scheme.
