Your body is like a vast library of everything you have ever experienced in your life.

Your body holds the memory of your birth, even if your birth story was never told to you, your body still remembers. Your birth story is imprinted within you, and its latent unresolved messages can run your life in unconscious ways. The circumstances around your birth and what actually happened as you were being born can set you up with a script or way of doing life from that point on.

This script can be influenced by how you were born, the conditions of your mother, what happened in the nursery and what the people in the birthing room were doing. Often this is traumatic in the way you came out, and it can also be as subtle as what your mother was feeling at the time.

Bringing your birth memory out of the unconscious realm and making it conscious, brings holding patterns of a lifetime to resolution. Using the power of your own Breath you will bypass what you already know to connect with the experience of your own birth to undo any unresolved trauma and hurt.
