🌿 Introducing: Being Well | Monthly Online Series 🌿

School of Being is thrilled to invite you to Being Well, a new monthly online series designed to nurture wellbeing within ourselves, our relationships, and the living world around us.

At School of Being, we recognise that our personal wellbeing is deeply intertwined with the wellbeing of our environment and each other. In today’s fast-paced culture, we often encounter signs of distraction, disconnection, and distress— symptoms of systems that prioritise extraction over care, achievement over presence, and individualism over community. We are also having to be with some sociol, political and environmental events that are challenging to be with.

Join us in this nourishing space where like-hearted people come together to cultivate practices that foster both individual and collective wellbeing. We'll explore ways to create healthier, more life-giving cultures, deepen our connection to inner wellness, and harmonise with the natural rhythms of the Earth. This is an opportunity to tap into your inner wisdom and grow in community.

✨ Come to one, come to all. ✨
We look forward to journeying with you as we build a supportive and thriving community.

🌟 April 7: Growing Resilience in Changing Times
🕰 7:30 - 8:45 pm AEDT (Sydney, Melbourne - Australia)
In these uncertain times, growing both individual and collective resilience is vital for navigating change and uncertainty. This Being Well session offers experiential practices to help restore balance, strengthen adaptability, and sustain ourselves and each other. Join us to explore resilience not just as endurance, but as a foundation for creativity, connection, and wellbeing.

🌟 May 27: The Intelligence in Our Bodies: Tuning into Deeper Guidance
🕰 7:00 - 8:15 pm AEDT (Sydney, Melbourne - Australia)

In a world that often pulls us into the head, this session is an invitation to gently return to the body—where a quieter kind of knowing lives.

Together we’ll explore simple somatic practices to help you tune into the subtle signals within. Through guided sensing, you’ll be invited to explore an area of your life—something that may need more clarity, care, or insight.

This is not about fixing or figuring out. It’s about creating space to listen differently, to feel what’s true, and to trust the intelligence already within you.

Let’s explore what the body knows.
