How do you show up with the people around you?

Radically embodied presence is showing up with all of the parts of yourself, all of your feelings, your strengths and your shadows. Staying centred in your own experience and acknowledging the different experiences of others.

Making space for yourself to be with your own feelings, increases your capacity to be with the feelings of the people around you.

Any time your centre is elsewhere - worrying about the past or the future, thinking about other people in your life, wondering what the person in front of you thinks or feels and what you might do about it - you are not fully present. If you are not fully present, you are missing out on a world of possibilities.

Here and now is where you can access the information your feelings have for you.

Here and now is where you have the power to choose what happens next.

Here and now is where something new can emerge.

This two hour session is an opportunity to practise being present starting with awareness of your feelings. You will get a taste of what it's like to notice and relax into your anger, sadness, fear and joy, and discover what possibilities these feelings might have to offer you.
