Inner Winter | Menstrual | New Moon phase:

How we take care of ourselves during this season can greatly affect our entire cycle and subsequent cycles.

During this phase we honour our decrease in energy levels, as we prioritise rest, take active rest to go inward, and ensure we are taking gentle and mindful movement only. This Inner Winter is when our bodies can experience a reset of our nervous system.

Learn to tap in to expansive awareness, deepen your intuitive downloads and improve your health by connecting to your womb, as we nourish and nurture ourselves during the inner winter phase.

Tis two-hour event is designed to provide a nourishing and nurturing experience, focusing on meditation, pranayama, gentle yoga, and restorative yoga.

Gentle Yoga Asana: The session includes poses specifically chosen to relieve tension from menstrual cramps, headaches, and feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. These asanas will help create spaciousness in your mind, body, and heart, especially targeting the womb, hips, and lower back during the inner winter phase. Additionally, the practice will improve circulation, remove stagnation, and nourish your body with breath (prana).

Restorative Yoga: This part of the session focuses on surrender and self-nourishment. Restorative yoga promotes active rest, allowing you to connect deeply to your womb and heart spaces. By entering the parasympathetic nervous system, you can tone the vagus nerve, control mood imbalances, and restore your energy levels.

Extra Long Savasana: Concluding the practice, you will enjoy an extended resting pose, with optional hands-on healing and adjustments, should you feel comfortable receiving them.

Closing Meditation and Tea: The session will end with a short meditation and a warm cup of native organic Mayde Restore Tea, fostering a sense of closure and tranquility.

If you suffer from energy depletion, struggle with mood regulation, experience painful bleeds or headaches, suffer from adrenal fatigue, or find it hard to slow down and embrace rest, these sessions could offer you significant relief and a new perspective on your menstrual cycle. Instead of viewing it through conditioned stories, you can learn to embrace it positively by tuning into your body's messages and working with it, not against it.
