• Any patron aged 18 years or under must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children 10 years of age and under are admitted free of charge when sharing a seat with a ticketed adult. The event producers are not liable for any injuries resulting from negligence.

• All bags are subject to a search procedure upon arrival. Clear bags are encouraged. Professional camera (cameras with removable lens) are not allowed.

• Water bottles made of metal or hard plastic are not allowed. The venue offers a variety of food and beverage so no need to bring anything.

• Doors opens at 5:00 PM.

• Please be aware that this concert is being recorded, and any video captured may be published online for promotional or archival purposes. By entering the venue, you consent to being filmed and featured in these recordings.

• "Tickets are non-refundable but are fully transferable."

• Please send us a message thru our facebook page "AuStar Creative Media" to re-assign the ticket to the new owner.

• "In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all tickets will be 100% refunded (minus the booking fee)."

• "Should the event be canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser."

Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for security screening and ticket scanning.

Have Tickets Ready: To speed up the entry process, please have your digital or printed tickets ready for inspection as you approach the gate.

Follow Staff Direction: Our security and ushering teams are there to help; please follow their guidance regarding seating and flow of movement.

Important: Prohibited Items

• Large Bags: Only small clutches or clear bags (up to 12" x 6" x 12") are permitted. Backpacks and large totes will not be allowed inside.

• Outside Food & Drink: No external snacks or beverages are permitted. Refreshments will be available for purchase inside the venue.

• Professional Cameras: Recording equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses is prohibited without prior media accreditation.

• Dangerous Items: Weapons of any kind, laser pointers, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden.

Venues have the legal right to remove ticket holders who are creating a disturbance, such as acting in a disorderly manner or throwing trash and under the influence of liquor to ensure the safety and enjoyment of other patrons.

• Right to Remove: The event organisers can refuse entry or remove individuals who are violent, argumentative, under the influence of liquor or disorderly.

• Safety and Environment: Proactive measures, such as providing ample trash bags and bins, are expected to minimize environmental damage and litter.

• Consequences for Disruption: Those who refuse to leave when asked, or who engage in dangerous behavior like throwing trash, may be violating local laws, such as the Inclosed Lands Protection Act 1901, and could be banned for up to 24 hours or longer, with potential fines.

• Responsibility: Attendees are expected to use provided facilities and not litter to prevent safety hazards for staff and other guests. To maintain a safe and clean environment, event organisers and staff may actively monitor for such behaviour.
