Program

2.30pm: Professor John Thwaites AM will open the event and welcome attendees
2.35pm: Keynote presentation from Dr Virginia Marshall. Dr Marshall is the Inaugural Indigenous Postdoctoral Fellow, working in both ANU Fenner School of Environment and Society and ANU School of Regulation and Global Governance. She is attending this year's conference in Belém and will be sharing her insider perspectives on key negotiations and breakthroughs.
3pm: Examination of the recent summit with reflections from three speakers who were on the ground in Belém:

- Dr Changlong Wang, Monash University
- Moderator: Tegan Clarke, PhD candidate at ANU Fenner School of Environment and Society
4pm: Forward-looking discussion exploring what COP30 outcomes mean for future climate action and COP31 planning.
