Take a step towards a healthier and more active lifestyle with our FREE 5x5 program, returning to Bellambi in March!

5x5 is a free, non-competitive community walking event for the whole community. Set out over a 5km route, the course is completed once a week for 5 weeks. Walking is a great way to improve your physical health and stay energised throughout the day. Plus, by walking with like-minded people, you will also benefit from the social connections and positive energy that comes from being a part of the community.

We will meet at Bellambi Park, near the rock pools, at 9:30am and head 2.5km along the bike path before returning to the starting point. Enjoy the chance to meet new people and chat with our friendly health promotion officers and volunteers. Light refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the walk.

The event takes place on 5 consecutive Tuesday mornings:

Tuesday 25 March, 9:30 - 11:30 am
Tuesday 1 April, 9:30 - 11:30 am

Things to Remember:

Please bring a water bottle and hat
Parking is available at Bellambi Park, however, please consider sustainable transport options such as walking, cycling, catching the bus (Routes 3, 7, or 8) or the train (20 mins to Bellambi Railway Station)
