Bella Reiki presents The Something Special Tour

A gentle guided Yoga Nidra infused meditation immersed with sound bowls played gently and a beautiful Reiki energy touch at the end (by consent, always your choice).

This is a non movement yoga class. As you know, Yoga is normally a moving exercise class.

Yoga Nidra is purely a guided meditation in stillness and sound. I always say if you need to move about though, please do.

Yoga Nidra is a style of meditation that simply allows you lay down and to connect the mind to the body, focus on your breath and allows you feel the yogic sleep. You will be awake but feel as though you’ve slept for hours.

Yoga Nidra promotes mental restoration, deep self awareness, stress reduction and relaxation.

Perfect for restoring the nervous system and switching off the busy mind.

Sound bowls will play gently during the class.

Finding the studio

Enter via door bottom level on Schnapper Road Ettalong Beach. Walk up the stairs into a beautiful studio where you will be welcomed.

Keep an eye out for the signage.

Who is this class for?

Everyone 12+ - and suitable for beginners.

Beneficial for all and suitable for PTSD.

This class is a floor mat class with the option of laying down or sitting against a wall.

Can I sit in a chair?

No, no chairs will be onsite for this event. You are welcome to sit against a wall if you wish to. It’s your practice, and I will help and support you.

What to bring

All mats and props are provided.

Feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.

Duration

This class with run for one hour.

What to wear?

Wear something cosy and comfy.

Wear socks too if you wish.
