The Bellbird Hotel invites you to a night of flavour, fun, and Hunter Valley hospitality with a five-course dinner paired to premium wines from Briar Ridge Winery.

You’ll begin with a refreshing vodka soda on arrival before moving into five crafted courses, each designed to complement the wines being poured.
