Bellingen Taranta Festival - Saturday Concerts

Come and enjoy and afternoon of music from different parts of the Mediterranean Sea and the launch of the new local ensemble °Orchestra Diaspora°.

The newly renovated Memorial Hall will be transformed in a big Italian and Mediterranean celebration, with art installations, dance and music.  

Some of the acts will include:

The amazing Bello Budaabang Dance Group (Bellingen), 

Greek music with Byron Tryandafillidis and Jordan Stamos (Melbourne - Brisbane) 

Kurdish music with Fehran and Hozan Almito (Armidale)

Middle Eastern original music with Noam Blat and Laura Targett

Choir singing with Valla Voices and Bellingen Singers

Southern Italian electric folk with The Rustica Project (Melbourne)

The eclectic ensemble Orchestra Diaspora Feat Micklo Jarret (Bellingen)

There will be food around so don’t worry about dinner and enjoy the afternoon!

It’s all set for an incredible day!
