Description

Our free Belmont Business Breakfast networking event is your chance to connect with local business professionals from a wide range of industries.

As the economic and energy landscape shifts, staying ahead of the curve is more important than ever. This month, we have a great lineup of guest speakers to help you navigate global trends and local opportunities:

  • Dr. S Zaung Nau (Curtin University) on shifting global trade networks and what the latest trends in logistics and supply chain management mean for Western Australian businesses.

  • Saul Cresswell (WALGA) on why some "going green" projects get a warm welcome while others face backlash. Drawing on WALGA's extensive work with WA councils, Saul will explore the "common ingredients" that build community trust and deliver the social license needed for a smooth energy transition.

  • Mary Erian (City of Belmont) on practical energy-saving options to help your business cut operating costs and reduce its carbon footprint without a large upfront investment.

A light breakfast will be provided.
