In this interactive session, we will explore what it means to belong to ourselves. We will look at what lights us up, the people and places where we feel most like ourselves, and the parts of who we are that may have quietly been pushed to the sidelines as life has become busy.

We will consider what we currently give ourselves permission to make space for, what we may have lost touch with, and how reconnecting with those parts of ourselves can strengthen our sense of identity, connection and belonging.

You will leave with a clearer understanding of what makes you feel most like yourself, and one small, realistic way to bring more of that into your everyday life.
