What does it take to lead across borders, cultures, and identities - and build belonging in divided times?

Join us for Belonging Without Borders, an AGSM-hosted panel as part of UNSW’s Diversity Festival 2025, spotlighting the leaders redefining inclusion on the global stage.

Hear from three exceptional changemakers:

Fadzi Whande, Global DEI Advisor & UN Senior Diversity & Inclusion Advisor
Emily Scott, CEO Rainbow Giving Australia
Dr Virginia Mapedzahama, PhD, Scholar-In-Residence and Director, Diversity Council Australia

Together, they'll explore:

How inclusive leadership powers innovation and performance
What it takes to build trust in multicultural teams
Practical frameworks for future-ready, inclusive leadership

This is more than a panel - it's a call to lead with purpose.

Whether you're an AGSM MBA student, alumni, or business leader, you’ll walk away with new inspiration and tools to lead across borders.

Free event - registration essential.

(Panel: 6:00–7:00pm | Networking & Refreshments: 7:00–9:00pm)

If you cannot make this event in-person but would like to attend, there is an online event option available when you register for your ticket. The link will be sent to online attendees on the day of the event.
