    Beltane with the Gaia Temple

    Event description

    Orgasmic Beltane!

At this time there is a feeling of sensuality as newness bursts forth on the land. In Celtic festivals Beltane is a fertility festival with links to the sacred marriage where the sovereign makes love to the Goddess so as to be able to reign; a metaphor that asks us, how are we sovereign to our desires and celebrating our innate sexual nature?

Together we shall explore this energy through sensual experiences with food, touch and meditation at Beltane.

Bring a Beltane themed Potluck dinner to share and your sensual self.

All who identifies as woman are welcome to this ritual.

The Gaia Temple acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Woiwurrung people of the Kulin nation as the traditional owners of the land that this event takes place on and recognise that this land was stolen by force. The Gaia Temple stands in solidarity with the continued struggle for sovereignty of all First Nations People.
