A night of movement, breathwork, visualisation, meditation, friendship and relaxation.

Join Lissie & Shane Turner, with a collection of great tunes for a fabulous Friday night of celebrating this wild human life. AND a sunrise ocean dip and breathwork on Saturday morning for the brave!

You will need to bring:

Yoga mat
Water bottle
Big smile
Even bigger open heart!

What you might like to bring:

Your own blankie
Any yoga props you're fond of using
Wide arms for hugging (totally optional!)
