Join us for an unforgettable evening at the BES Ball 2026, held on Saturday, 19 September 2026, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm at The Whitby.

Whether you're studying education or not, everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, classmates, or partner and enjoy a night of great food, music, and celebration in a stylish formal setting.

Your ticket includes:

• Canapé-style catering throughout the evening

• 5 Drinks

• A live DJ and dance floor

• A photo booth to capture the night's memories

• Return bus transport to and from the venue

Dress Code: Formal attire

Important Information:

• This is an 18+ event.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

• You do not need to be an education student or even a BES member to attend the ball (although that is an added bonus!). Friends, family and partners are more than welcome!

• Bus transportation will be provided, with pick-up and drop-off details shared closer to the event.

• If you have any dietary requirements, please ensure you purchase your ticket before 29 August. Dietary catering cannot be guaranteed after this date

• Tickets are limited, so be sure to secure yours early.
