Beneath the Trees, By the Bridge - A Golden Hour Sound Journey
Event description
🌳 Beneath the Trees, By the Bridge – A Golden Hour Sound Journey
As the afternoon sun softens and the breeze moves gently through the trees, join Soulwave Sound Baths for a free community sound journey designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. 🌞
Set on the grass near the bridge at George Pentland Botanic Gardens, Frankston, this one-hour outdoor experience invites you to rest, breathe, and reconnect with nature’s rhythm.
✨ What to Expect
A gentle guided settle-in to slow the breath and quiet the mind
Immersive layers of gongs, crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, and chimes creating deep calm
Spacious pauses between sound waves to help your nervous system reset
A grounding close to leave you feeling clear, centred, and restored
🌿 What to Bring (BYO)
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that makes you comfortable on the grass. Layers are recommended as the temperature can cool slightly near sunset.
☁️ Weather Note
This session is weather-dependent. In case of rain or strong winds, updates will be shared via the Soulwave Sound Baths Facebook and Instagram pages (@soulwave.soundbaths).
All are welcome — men and women, friends, couples, or solo attendees.
Come as you are, breathe with nature, and let the sound guide you home. 🌙
📍 Location Directions
We’ll be gathered at the centre of George Pentland Botanic Gardens, Frankston — near the bridge on the hospital side.
The easiest way to find us is to enter via Gate 5, walk straight ahead until you reach the bridge, cross over, and you’ll see us set up on the grass to the left.
You can enter from any gate and simply make your way toward the bridge in the middle of the gardens — roughly halfway down from either side. 🌿
