Beneteau Cup 2026 - Sydney Harbour

Beneteau Cup 2026

We are delighted to present the 31st Annual Beneteau Cup on Sydney Harbour on Friday 27 November 2026, hosted by Sundance Marine at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia.

We’d love you to join fellow Beneteau owners, skippers and crew for a fantastic day of social racing and post-race celebrations, bringing the Beneteau community together on one of the world’s great harbours.

For more than 30 years, the Beneteau Cup has been a much-loved fixture on the Sydney sailing calendar. This year, Sundance Marine is proud to continue that tradition, with Micah Lane and Wes McKnight at the helm and an expected fleet of up to 40 Beneteau yachts and more than 200 crew joining us on the water.

As always, the format is relaxed and social. It’s about enjoying your Beneteau, spending a great day on the Harbour and catching up with fellow owners and crews – with a little friendly competition thrown in.

The day

We’ll kick things off at the CYCA with a cheeky glass of bubbles from 10:30am, followed by the race briefing at 11:00am.

The first race gets underway at 12:00pm, followed by a lunch break, before heading back out for the second race at 2:30pm.

We expect the fleet back at the CYCA between 4:00–4:30pm, before everyone comes together for prize-giving, drinks and cocktail food in the Rani Room from 5:00pm.

A packed lunch will be provided to all crew after the first race.

Whether you’re racing for the silverware or simply coming along to enjoy the day, the Beneteau Cup is about celebrating the boats, the people and the shared love of sailing that has made this event so special for more than three decades.

We look forward to welcoming you and your crew to the Beneteau Cup 2026.

Please note: the race-day schedule will be confirmed closer to the event.
