• What does “Unreserved Grass Area” mean?

  The Quarry Amphitheatre is an outdoor picnic-style venue that has tiered grass terraces rather than fixed seats.

  When you arrive, you can choose any available spot on the grass terraces within the section you have purchased. Tickets in the Grass Areas do not correspond to a specific row or seat number.

  We recommend arriving early to get your preferred spot within your section.

  You’re welcome to bring:

  ✅ Low concert or beach chairs

  ✅ Picnic blankets and cushions

  ❌ high‑back chairs, or full‑height deck chairs are not permitted. This helps everyone enjoy a clear view of the stage.
  
  Prefer a fixed seat? Book tickets in Row O.

  

  

• What is the difference between PREMIUM and General Admission?

  PREMIUM
  The closest grass tiers to the stage, located in Rows AAA–D.

  General Admission
  Grass seating located behind the Premium area, in Rows E–Q.

  Row O
  A row of fixed fold-down stadium-style seats located at the rear of the amphitheatre.

  
  Please Note: All sections are unreserved within their area, meaning you can choose any available spot in your ticketed section when you arrive.

• Do I have to sit on the grass? Or are there any fixed, regular seats?

  Yes! There are seating options available.

  Row O offers fixed stadium-style fold-down seats, so if you book tickets there you won’t need to bring a chair.

  For General Admission ticket holders, a small number of plastic chairs may also be available from our friendly ushers. These can only be placed on the grass in Row Q, and are subject to availability on the night.
  

  

  The white seats in the photo are Row O, and the black chairs have been placed in Row Q.

• What is Row O Seating?

  Row O offers reserved, fixed stadium-stye seating and step‑free access from the entrance and car park.

  It’s our accessible seating row, and a great option if you want a fixed seat. We also have designated wheelchair spaces available in Row O.

  The white seats in the photo below are Row O.

  

• Can I bring food and alcohol with me?

  Yes! Feel free to bring a delicious picnic with you. The venue is BYO.

  Food and alcoholic beverages are also available from Limestone Cafe, located at the Quarry.

  You can also pre-order picnic hampers here. Note that pre-orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the show.

• Can I eat and drink during the performance?

  Yes, absolutely!

  The Quarry is a relaxed venue where you can sip your wine and snack

  during the performances.

• How long does the show go for?

  Gates open at 6:00pm, so you’re welcome to arrive early, find your spot, and enjoy a picnic before the music begins.

  While the exact schedule can vary by event, most evenings follow a similar format:

  • 7:00pm: Support Act

  • 8:00pm: Main Performance – Two sets with a short interval

  The venue closes at 10:00pm, and the show will typically finish a little before then.

• Will I be able to dance?

  Absolutely — we fully encourage getting your boogie on!

  One of the unique things about the Quarry Amphitheatre is that you can actually dance on the stage.

  The dancefloor is located to stage left of the band, so when the groove kicks in, you’re welcome to head up and get your boogie on right alongside the music.

• What to else bring?

  As Quarry Amphitheatre is an outdoor venue, it can sometime get chilly after the sun goes down - we recommend something warm to wear or a blanket.

  We also suggest insect repellent, as there can be an occassional mosquito bite.

  The dress code for at the Quarry is casual and comfortable.

• What to leave at home?

  Inside the gates at the Quarry Amphitheatre is a non-smoking venue. However, you may smoke outside the gates of the venue.

  ❌ High‑back chairs, or full‑height deck chairs are not permitted. This helps everyone enjoy a clear view of the stage.

  ❌ Umbrellas, and mosquito coils are also not permitted.

• Is there parking available?

  There are 200 parking bays available, with overflow parking nearby on Oceanic Drive.

  The venue is also accessible by Rideshare, however we recommend pre-booking you pickup after the conclusion of the event so you can get home promptly.

• What are the accessibility features?

  The Quarry Amphitheatre has a seven ACROD parking bays located close to the entrance.

  Toilet facilities at the venue are wheelchair accessible.

• What happens in the case of inclement weather?

  We’ll be in touch via email as soon as a decision can be made regarding the safety of a performance going ahead.

  If you have booked as part of a group, please ensure whoever made the booking is ready to let the group know.
