Bereaved Parents Community Gathering - Inverness

About The Event:

During Baby Loss Awareness Week, Held In Our Hearts would like to invite bereaved parents from across the Highlands to a Sound Bath event with the Starlight Wellness team at Willow & Blue's holistic healing space in Inverness.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience that uses soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes to encourage rest, healing and inner peace.

We hope this session offers parents time to relax and connect with others who understand. Lindsay and Natalie will be there to provide a warm welcome and support throughout the event.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential. If you can no longer attend after booking, please let us know as we may be able to offer your place to someone else. (Please note this is suitable for adults only.)
