With a new man at the helm in Westminster, the mood music has changed, and the watchword is now all about encouraging growth. Berkshire is already one of the most prosperous regions in the UK; however, the structure of the County, with six unitary authorities, does not always reflect the aspirations of business and many areas of growth which underpin this prosperity. Against the backdrop of a proposal for devolution in the Thames Valley, the BerksProp Summit will explore where the areas of growth are located and the impact this will have on the property and real estate sector.
