Berry Bag a Bargain Car Boot Sale - 29 March 2025
Event description
Thank you for your interest in the Rotary Club of Berry and the Berry Public School's P&C's "Grab a Bargain" Car Boot Sale on Saturday 29th March 2025 on the Berry Public School Sporting Field (Clarence Street).
Sellers are welcome to arrive from 7.00am onwards to setup. Late arrivals after 8.15am will not be permitted to drive onsite (No cars on site are permitted to arrive or leave between 8.15am to 12noon due to safety concerns).
Buyers are welcome to come from 8.30am onwards (No site access before this time). Entry is a gold coin donation per person. There will be a cake Stall, BBQ and a Coffee Van so bring a blanket and make a day of it!

INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS:
SITE ACCESS AND DETAILS:
There will be three (3) options for Stall Sites.
- An outside 8 x 4 metre site for cars only ($20)
- An outside 16 x 4 metre site for vehicles with trailers ($30)
- *New* An indoor 3 x 2 metre stall with one trestle table and one chair supplied ($40)
Additional sites will need to be purchased if requiring more space.
- Clarence Street Gate will be open from 7.00am to 8.15am for Stall Holder entry.
- Please follow the Parking and Event Marshalls directions on the day.
- Stall Holders must bring everything they need on the day E.G. tables and chairs (inside sites will be provided with one table and one chair only)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Ticket Basis:
- The BARCODED TICKET (either on a device or printed) is required and will be scanned on entry to the event (for Stall Holders only)
- Print the barcoded ticket, or carry the barcoded ticket in your smartphone, and bring it to the event
- NO BARCODED TICKET, NO ENTRY
- All proceeds will be split between Berry Public School P&C and Rotary Club of Berry
Wet Weather & High Winds:
- The weather forecast will be reviewed on Thursday 27th March 2025, and a decision to cancel may be made if the forecast is for inclement weather and/or long range bad weather.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- This is a NO REFUND event
- If there is forecast bad weather, resulting in the location be un-useable (aka field cannot be driven on) the event will be postponed to a new suitable date with all tickets being transferred to the new event.
Entry acceptance
- This event is for second hand/private sellers only
- Entry is at your own risk and we reserve the right to refuse entry
- We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained entering or within the event – to the extent allowed by the law
- All stall holders will abide by the directions of the Parking and Event Marshalls on the day (PLEASE NOTE: You cannot remove your vehicle from the event before 12noon, no exceptions).
- Individual Public Liability Insurance should be held by all stall holders.
General safety
- In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, you must follow all Security and event official directives
- Stall holders are not permitted to move their vehicles after 8.30am and cannot move them before 12.00pm (for pedestrian safety purposes)
- The event is SMOKE & ALCOHOL FREE event
