Hi @FirstName,

You’re officially booked in - we’re so excited to have you join us 🤍

Here’s everything you need to know before the event:

When you arrive:

You’ll be given a name tag and asked to draw a little picture of something you like (don’t overthink it - it’s just a fun icebreaker!)
Come with an open mind and ready to chat - everyone’s in the same boat

Decided to come solo?
Most people do 🤍
Our events are designed to make it easy to connect, so you won’t feel out of place - promise.

Arrival time (important 🚨)
Please make sure you arrive on time, we start exactly 20 minutes after opening time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, you won’t be able to join the event as it disrupts the flow for everyone else.

Tickets & changes
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you can’t make it, please let us know or feel free to pass your ticket onto someone else.

Please note:

Booking details can’t be changed if transferred
Any game prompts or event pairings will remain as originally assigned based on original purchasers details
If you purchased a gender-specific ticket, please pass it on to someone who aligns with that ticket category so we can keep the balance of the event.
