BETTER Ball, Unlock a Child's Future

We’re excited to launch our inaugural Sydney BETTER Ball ‘Unlocking BETTER Futures’ on Friday 20 October 2023 at 6:30pm.

Proudly co-hosted by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Timor-Leste and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Mr. José Ramos-Horta, this event will be a unique opportunity to network with over 150 supporters, CEO’s and industry leaders, while unlocking BETTER futures through education in Timor-Leste. 

This year we are joined by one of the most versatile members of the Nine Network’s news and current affairs team, Belinda Russell as MC. She can be seen presenting the weather on Sydney’s flagship news bulletin, and has previously been a co-host of Weekend Today and Today Extra.

All funds raised will go directly to BETTER's school, The Bakhita School of Excellence in Same (Sah-may) Timor-Leste, providing an international standard of education to rural children.
