The Better Breathing course is a 4-week program designed for individuals who want to learn how to breathe better, manage stress, build resilience, and improve their sleep quality. The course will be held every Tuesday at 6 pm in the Byron Industrial Estate throughout the month of June. Join for all four weeks or come to as many as you can. The choice is yours. 

The course will be taught by Michael, a highly experienced instructor who will draw on modern breathing techniques such as the Buteyko Method, as well as ancient wisdom from yoga and Pranayama. Michael will guide you through a series of exercises, techniques and theory that will help you become more mindful of your breathing and develop better habits.

Throughout the course, you will learn how to improve your breathing patterns, reduce stress and anxiety, and build resilience. You will also gain skills to improve your sleep quality, which can significantly impact your overall health and well-being.

The Better Breathing course is suitable for individuals 18 and above and who are in good general health. People with asthma are welcome and will benefit substantially from this training.
