This is not another vice to escape the void within.

I intend to show you how to breathe correctly and give you techniques to use in everyday life to overcome obstacles you may face.

Our breath when used correctly is the power behind all things.

Most people don’t know that with conscious breathing we have the power to not only control but regulate our internal state.

Our breath is the bridge between our body and mind.

It is the easiest way to regulate our system from anxiety, stress, nerves, anger and everything in between.

We become so caught in the habitual human things that we forgot to breathe correctly, or even be aware of most things, our programming takes over and we become unconscious in a lot of our actions.

Let’s learn how to be aware of our breath and use what it has to offer.

Breath has become something I’m deeply passionate about. After being introduced into breath work a number of years ago, I continually explore and educate myself on what is possible through breath and I wish to pass this on.
