Tegan Lerm // co-CEO Project Planet

Tegan Lerm is co-CEO of Project Planet and co-founder of Build a Ballot and The Share Plate. She grew up in regional NSW, lived on the Gold Coast then Sydney, and now calls Naarm Melbourne home. A marketer with a Masters of Sustainability, she builds tools and media that help people find a way into the issues they care about. Build a Ballot helped nearly 600,000 Australians vote with their values at the 2025 federal election. What drives her is simpler: connecting with people, and leaving the world better than she found it.
