Who will you be post-isolation?

Think about your life before lockdown, and ask yourself this question:

How much do you want that old life back?

In part, perhaps. But what about all that stuff that you’ve finally released...

As the world starts to open back up, you might feel conflicted.

There’s part of you ready to get out there. But then there’s part of you feeling panicked. Because you’ve not decided who you want to be or what you want your life to look like on the other side.

No matter how uncertain you feel, you really can create a life that’s Better Than Before.

You just need some structure.

You need a process that puts you firmly in control of your life, regardless of what’s happening out there.

You need a way to let go of all those old patterns and stories that have kept you stuck.

You need to learn how to make decisions and develop unshakable self confidence.

Better Than Before is the answer.

Facilitated by the incredible Vari Longmuir and beautifully curated by Elka Eidelman of Salve Events. With plenty of surprise along the way.

It's a 4 week course that takes you by the hand and helps you understand your life better.

It will teach you how to make sense of how you feel, how you act and how you think.

This course will teach you how to:

take control of your life regardless of what’s happening in the world
manage your mind and emotions to create a life that’s intentional
identify old thought patterns and create new intentional ones moving forward
take full responsibility for how you feel and never identify as a victim again
recognise and let go of old habit, patterns and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck
develop an unshakable sense of self confidence so you can show up in bigger and more meaningful ways in you work life and personal life
cultivate more fun and joy in your days immediately
give yourself permission to declare your dreams and show you how to make them a reality, starting now.

You'll learn through a combination of:

pre-recorded sessions,
