Grumble Boogie is an aerobic dance class led by performance artist Betty Grumble. An hour long dance meditation, heart pump and exercise in Thank You Body.

Grumble Boogie is a place to be with our bodies, in joy, in playfulness, warmth and possibility. Grumble Boogie is an open platform class, all levels of movement welcome.

Betty Grumble will play a DJ set for the remainder of the event, so you stay on the dance floor or head to the chill out space to rest your legs and chat with friends.

Our venue is in black out. There will be projections, decor, mirror ball lights and all the trimmings to give that authentic night club vibe, without the late night and hangover, ready for an energised Monday morning start.

Grumble Boogie is open to your access needs. Please reach out for any questions regarding our flow and your access requirements. The space is wheelchair accessible.
