Angela Fallowfield-Murphy (Yin Yoga) and Kylie Cole-Hamilton (Sound Bowls & Sacred Instruments) will guide a two-hour journey to help you soften into what’s shifting - and gently begin to listen for what’s next.

You’ll be held in slow, nourishing postures and surrounded by the resonance of sound; designed to support reflection, release, and renewal.

There’s no need to have the next steps figured out.
Just come as you are.

We’ll move slowly.
Breathe deeply.
And rest into the quiet place where endings meet beginnings.

Please bring a journal, something to write with, and dress warmly.
Everything else will be lovingly provided.
