Travel instructions

The University of Melbourne's Parkville campus is only a few minutes from the centre of Melbourne and has many public transport stops within walking distance. You can enter your current location and travel destination into the Public Transport Victoria Journey Planner for personalised instructions for tram, train and bus connections for travelling to any University of Melbourne campus. Many low floor trams go to the University of Melbourne. The stop is right in front of the Sidney Myer Asia Centre on Swanston street. Public parking is available at three locations within the Parkville campus. A number of other public car parks are also available within walking distance from the Parkville campus. Entry instructions

Tram: Alight at Melbourne University / Swanston St #1. Head west along Grattan Street towards Royal Parade and enter the campus through Gate 10. The East Tower of the John Medley Building is on your right. Automatic doors are at the front entrance. Driving: From the University Square Car Park, exit on Grattan Street, then enter the campus via Gate 10. The East Tower of the John Medley Building is on your right. Automatic doors are at the front entrance.

After entry instructions

The Digital Learning Space (Room EG61) is wheelchair accessible. Enter the East Tower of the John Medley Building via the automatic doors, the room is located at the rear of the ground floor.

Toilet location

An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor of the East Tower of the John Medley Building.

Accessible parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in each of the car parks - University Square, Eastern Precinct and Royal Parade.
