Midvale Hub Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers living in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean and Bayswater.

All parents and caregivers are welcome, we value diversity and inclusion from all cultural backgrounds, family types, and abilities.

A staff member will give you a call 2–3 weeks before the program starts to complete a simple registration and check in with you about any questions or needs.

BeTWEEN You + Me

Suitable for parents and or carers of daughter's 10- to 13-year-olds

This program brings parents and their Tween daughter together to strengthen their connection during early adolescence.

We explore mental health, social and emotional development, friendships, and the influence of the digital world, using shared conversations to strengthen relationships and support open communication.

*This program is delivered in two stages. Parents or carers attend the first two weeks, followed by the young person attending the final three weeks of the program.

A light dinner is provided for the first four weeks. In the final week, families are encouraged to bring a plate to share.

We explore -

• Practical strategies to support communication, understanding, and positive relationships with your tween daughter.

• Gain insight into the drivers behind adolescent behaviour and development.

• A supportive space for shared learning, connection, and navigating the tween years with confidence.

Held at - Mundaring Arena (Up stairs in the venue)
