About the rezoning proposal
The NSW Government is seeking community feedback on a rezoning proposal for Beverly Hills Town Centre (West) that could deliver around 800 new homes and approximately 191 local jobs in the heart of Beverly Hills.
The proposal would transform approximately 1.7 hectares of land at 407–511 King Georges Road into a mixed-use precinct with new homes, retail and commercial opportunities, improved public spaces, and better pedestrian connections.
Located within walking distance of Beverly Hills train station, the site is one of the few redevelopment opportunities of its scale in the area and is well placed to support new housing close to public transport, jobs and services.
Visit our website for more information about the draft rezoning proposal, and how to submit your feedback.
