Come and join us as at Beyond Anxiety- an interactive workshop designed to help you better understand anxiety, and and gain strategies to decrease it.

We will explore what happens both in the mind in the nervous system when you experience anxiety, and share own our personal struggles. You will leave feeling empowered and inspired by knowing that anxiety is not a life sentence.

Sarah Robb

Sarah is a Neurolinguistic Master practitioner (NLP), with a Bachelor in Psychology and a Postgraduate certificate in Counseling.

She is passionate about helping people through grief and trauma after experiencing the death of her own parents. She is motivated to educate people about the power of the mind and how to use life's challenges as a opportunity for growth

Bianca Smeekes

Bianca is a Neurolinguistic Master practitioner (NLP), Coach and speaker with a background in business and psychology. She is passionate about improving community mental health, and the mind body connection. After overcoming personal chronic illness struggles, Bianca now uses her experience and knowledge to facilitate workshops across NZ, and helps people discover their potential for change and recovery.
