This is not your Mother's breathwork class. We offer a modern spin on breathwork with relaxing, feel-good techniques and a welcoming community.

The session will include 1 hour of gentle mobility, breathing, meditation and amazing music - all at the beach! We will also have some hydration supplements provided by Elyte Hydration for everyone to try & take home (included in ticket cost).

Everyone’s welcome at Beyond — from babies and pups to your boss, Grandpa, and first-timers too! Come solo or with a gang.

What to bring:

Towel or yoga mat to lie on
Wear clothes you can move in
Water bottle
Sunglasses recommended
Swimmers (optional)
