Beyond Meeting the Standard: Understanding the Exceeding Themes
Description
Beyond Meeting the Standard: Understanding the Exceeding Themes
What does it really mean to exceed the National Quality Standard? This workshop will explore the three Exceeding themes and how they are applied during Assessment and Rating. Together, we'll unpack what authorised officers are looking for, examine the evidence that demonstrates exceeding practice, and discuss practical strategies for embedding the themes into everyday practice.
Whether you're preparing for Assessment and Rating or looking to strengthen your service's culture of continuous improvement, this session will provide practical insights to help you move beyond compliance and confidently demonstrate quality in action.
