Did you know that women’s mental health is a gender equity issue? This enlightening session for women and gender diverse people in their 30’s, 40’s and beyond, will cover:
- the biological and social factors influencing your mental health during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond
- the strategies and treatment options to manage your mental health during these life stages
- How women’s mental health is a gender equity issue.

Accessibility
There is a ramp on the left-hand-side of building (Shilling Lane) which takes guests to the rear entrance via QV Square. Alternative access is from Russell St and Artemis Lane or from QV shopping centre carpark. From QV carpark, there is a lift to the ground level QV Square lawn area (noted Level 2), then a lift down to the Centre (next to QVWC SHOP and Old Beijing restaurant) for the rear entrance of the building. There is a lift in the building to access all venues.
